Hello and welcome to the site of Manchester Hillwalker. I’m Phil Worsley and the site primarily revolves around hillwalking and rambling in the countryside, both here in the UK and further afield. I am a member of Altrincham & District Rambling Club and also the Ramblers Association. My home base in South Manchester gives me quick access to the Peak District, Northern Snowdonia, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, and I can usually be found on most weekends, and sometimes midweek, out and about exploring in one of these areas.
